Our Bright team consists of experts in reporting, business analysis and IT development. All with a strong focus on customer service and a passion for analysis and technology, with which we translate the wishes of our customers into the most user-friendly reports.

Meet the founders

  • olivier

    Olivier Seynhaeve

    Olivier started as Senior Analyst – Developer at Accent. There he became IT Manager. After gaining experience as a Software Director at QISSme, he founded BrightAnalytics together with Lode and Merijn. Olivier also trains and coaches young talent as co-founder of BrightStaffing, a cloud application for Belgian temporary employment companies, to become Software Developers.

    Merijn Demuynck

    Merijn started his career at Accent Jobs as a Software Developer and developed into Project Manager. Later, as Software Director at QISSme, he trained a lot of developers.

    He still does, because as co-founder of BrightAnalytics, Merijn also coaches our great gang of Software Developers.

    Lode Bogaert

    Lode worked for 9 years as Business Analyst and Finance Manager at Accent Jobs and then at the House of HR before he started the BrightAnalytics growth story.

    As a co-founder, he trains our Business Analysts to be cracks in the trade.

    Jürgen Ingels

    Jürgen Ingels is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. A major breakthrough for him was with Clear2Pay, a pioneering company in FinTech. Today Jurgen is managing partner at Smartfin. With their fund they invest in promising European technology companies.

    In addition, he sits on the board of numerous renowned companies in various sectors.

    Roel Caers

    Roel Caers is CEO of Guardsquare. Roel oversees the daily operations of Guardsquare. He ensures that the company’s organization, resources and objectives are aligned with its long-term strategic goals. Roel has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, 10 of which he has spent in various management positions.

    Thomas Depuydt

    Before joining SmartFin, Thomas worked as a Portfolio Manager for iMinds (now part of imec), where he managed a portfolio of over 100 companies and supported them in their fundraising and growth strategies. Previously, Thomas worked in management consulting at Accenture, and more recently at Bain & Company as part of their private equity practice, where he advised investment funds and companies on strategic and operational matters.

    Wim Vanhaelemeesch

    Wim began his career as a Software Developer. From the early years of Accent.Jobs, and later at House of HR, he held the ultimate responsibility for Information Services and Systems. As CEO of QISSme, he, alongside an enthusiastic team, expanded the internal HRM platform. Since 2014, Wim has been an angel investor in various start-ups and scale-ups, serving on the board/advisory of several companies. Since 2023, he has been instrumental in building the Family Office Coformaco as Gen1.
